1、 Structure of internal hot gas-solid countercurrent dehumidification dryer: It consists of a horizontal cylindrical body, an exhaust pipe installed on the horizontal cylindrical body, a feeding device, a discharging device, an internal spiral device, a cleaning device, a feeding plate, an induced draft device, and a transmission device.
2、 The purpose of gas-solid countercurrent dehumidification dryer:
The gas-solid countercurrent dehumidification dryer is mainly used for dehumidification and drying of various high humidity and high viscosity materials such as sludge, coal slurry, silt, desulfurization gypsum, and poultry manure, which have strong adhesion. It can also be used for drying industrial raw materials (such as phosphorus slag, quartz sand, etc.) that require ultra dryness, as well as organic wine lees, medicine residues, fruit residues, straw feed, sawdust, biochar, etc.
3、 Performance characteristics of gas-solid countercurrent dryer:
1. Solve the problem of water vapor returning to the material as the system temperature decreases during the same direction movement caused by the downstream dehumidification of traditional dryers, and improve the drying efficiency;
2. During the drying process, the hot air flow moves forward from the tail and comes into full contact with the material. Through heat conduction, convection, and radiation, the heat is fully utilized to save energy;
3. Directly transferring heat energy to the material, causing the moisture of the material to continuously evaporate inside the cylinder. The induced draft device at the inlet extracts a large amount of moisture and humidity, solving the fundamental problem of secondary pollution caused by dust discharge; 、
4. By using internal spiral stirring, sweeping, and plate copying, the material movement is promoted to solve the problem of high humidity and high adhesion materials sticking to the cylinder wall, completing the entire drying process.
5. Reverse flow conduction dehumidification avoids reducing repetitive drying procedures, saves labor and time, occupies a small area, consumes low electricity, saves energy, and requires less investment.
